By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions (“Terms”). By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your legal guardian’s permission and that you will comply with the Terms. You also confirm that you have read the information on personal data and cookies and approve the use of such data in accordance with Tictail's Privacy Policy.

Shipping
If you order from eiv you agree to pay the shipping and possible fees for the products. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you choose not to get a traceable shipping option for your product, eiv does not stand to pay the costs for a missing package.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should report this to us within five days from the day you receive the order.
During times with high pressure on orders and emails, the shipping time might be delayed - as well as the answer to your email. We are working as hard as we can to get your orders out in a reasonable time.

Return Policy
While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because most of our pieces are made to order, all sales are final. We cannot exchange it or return it under any circumstances;
If the item you purchased does not fit, we can usually adjust one size up or down at a charge of 30 euros if you email us to hello@eivjewelry.com within five days from the day you receive the order;
Sometimes we can exchange your product for another one. However this is determined on a case by case basis. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it for another one, please email us to hello@eivjewelry.com within five days from the day you receive the order;
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs associated with any returns. The product must be returned in the same condition , i.e. intact, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with its original seal, quantity and packaging as it is received.
If the product is visibly damaged during shipment, you must refuse the package upon receipt.
International delivery
We deliver Products worldwide ("International Delivery Destinations").
If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. These and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Products
The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflect the color of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However if we discover an error in the price of Product(s) you ordered, please see clause below for what happens in this event.
Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a dispatch confirmation.
The price of a Product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in Luxembourg for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are calculated at the "checkout" stage of the order process.
Products remain up to the complete payment property of eiv.
It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will inform you in writing of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Jewelry Care
As our pieces are delicate in nature, they should be treated accordingly. Pieces with stones should be protected from impact or bending, as stones are meticulously and precisely set, and may pop out of their settings if shifted in any way. Pieces with colored stones should be removed from the body when showering or swimming and should not be cleaned with an ultrasonic machine or exposed to harsh chemicals as this may cause the stones to become brittle or crack.
Personal information
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by eiv as responsible for the personal information.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
•Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting or sharing material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion, and when you report a problem with our site.
•If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
•We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
•Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfillment of your orders but no card information which is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

You always have the right to request eiv to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the eiv conditions, you agree to the above and to the Tictail's Privacy Policy.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control as defined below.
An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract:
(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
(b) our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

Limitation of Liability

Applicable right and area of jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by Luxembourg law.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Luxembourg. “Non-exclusive jurisdiction” means that you may bring a claim against us in another jurisdiction if provided by applicable mandatory law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time in the following circumstances:
